Değerli Sakinlerimiz,

60 Parsel 2. kat teras katındaki inşaat eksikliğinden kaynaklı izolasyon sorunu sebebi ile, sürekli olarak aşağı katlara su akıntısı oluyordu. Bu durum hem daire sakinlerimizi zor durumda bırakıyor hem de binanın yapısına zarar veriyordu.

Anlaşmalı olduğumuz izolasyon firması tarafından zeminde sorunlu alanlar tespit edildi ve izolasyon sorunu giderilmiştir. Bilgilerinize sunulur.

Dear Residents,

Due to the insulation problem caused by the lack of construction on the 2nd floor terrace of Plot 60, there was a constant water flow to the lower floors.

This situation both put our residents in a difficult situation and damaged the structure of the building.

Problematic areas on the floor were detected by the insulation company we contracted with and the insulation problem was resolved. It is presented for your information.

Before and after images of ground work have been added.
