Değerli sakinlerimiz,

AVM alanına ait girişlere ayrı konut girişi yapılmıştır.

Yönetmelik gereği ve güvenlik zafiyeti olmaması adına AVM Yönetimi, AVM girişlerinde XRay cihazlarından geçiş ile kontrol sağlamaktadır, ancak bu durum sitemizde yaşayan siz sakinlerimizi zor durumda bırakmaktaydı. AVM Yönetimi ile anlaşarak, AVM üst giriş ve AVM Ebebek girişinin olduğu alanlara ayrı bir konut girişi oluşturulmuş ve kullanıma açılmıştır.

A Blok, A1 Blok, A1 Ticari Blok, A2 Blok, A3 Blok, A4 Blok, A5 Blok, A5 Ticari Blok, A6 Bloklarının yer aldığı 7 parsel alanına ait kullanılan blok giriş kartları AVM giriş kapılarına açılmıştır.

B Blok (60 Parsel) alanındaki blok giriş kartları açılmamış olup, talepleriniz doğrultusunda bu alanlara açılacaktır ya da girişleriniz AVM alanından olacaktır.

AVM girişlerine koyduğumuz kartlı sistem sadece girişlerde kullanılacak olup, çıkışlarda kullanım gerektirmeyecektir.

AVM yönetimine ait güvenlik geçişleri AVM çalışma saatleri içerisinde 10.00-22.00 olacaktır. Bu saat aralığı dışında X Ray bölgesi kapalı olacak olup, giriş çıkışlar kontrol noktasının dışında, X Ray alanının yan tarafından olacaktır.

Konut blok giriş kartı olan sakinlerimiz istedikleri saatte giriş çıkış yapacaklardır. Kartı olmayan misafirler, siparişler vs. bu saat dışında geldiyse AVM Yönetimi kontrol noktasından giriş yapacaklardır.

Dear Residents,

Separate residential entrances have been established for the access points belonging to the shopping mall area.

In accordance with regulations and to prevent any security vulnerabilities, the Shopping Mall Management ensures security at mall entrances through X-Ray devices. However, this situation has been causing inconvenience for you, our residents. As a result, an agreement has been reached with the Shopping Mall Management, and separate residential entrances have been created and opened for use at the mall’s upper entrance and the area near the Ebebek entrance.

Access cards for the blocks located in Parcel 7 (A Block, A1 Block, A1 Commercial Block, A2 Block, A3 Block, A4 Block, A5 Block, A5 Commercial Block, and A6 Block) have been activated for the shopping mall entrance doors.

For B Block (Parcel 60), access cards have not yet been activated. However, access can be arranged based on your requests, or residents of this area will continue to use the shopping mall entrance.

The card access system installed at the shopping mall entrances will only be required for entry and will not be necessary for exits.

The shopping mall security checkpoints will operate during the mall’s business hours (10:00 AM - 10:00 PM). Outside these hours, the X-Ray checkpoint area will be closed, and entry/exit will occur through the side of the X-Ray area, bypassing the control point.

Residents with residential block access cards will have unrestricted entry and exit at any time. Guests, delivery personnel, etc., arriving outside these hours must enter through the Shopping Mall Management’s control point.
